Formed mid-pandemic, The Little Tulips make music for all the things we have had a little extra time to
dwell on during the quarantine. Heartbreak and bitterness make you sad but isolation makes you bold.
Combining three part harmonies, airy loops, and pastoral melodies, The Little Tulips hone in on something between atmospheric emo and neo-western garage rock. Maybe as if Lucy Dacus found herself sitting around a campfire with Magnolia Electric Co and Waxahatchee.
The Little Tulips, Taylor Penner-Ash (vocals, guitar), Betty Taylor (loops, violin, vox), Adam D’Josey
(drums, vox) and Paris Mancini (bass, vox), are based in Santa Fe, NM but prone to wander.
In the Fall of 2021, The Little Tulips embarked on a two month self-promoted tour of the US and are currently working on their first full length album set to be released in early 2023.
The Little Tulips’ self-released and recorded 2021 EP is available on all streaming platforms.
